Apple & Rasin Pancakes
Farmhouse Breakfast Week starts on Sunday so here is a lovely pancake recipe to get your taste buds going...
Apple & Raisin Pancakes (makes 8-12 pancakes)
Ingredients
100g self raising flour
15g caster sugar
1 egg
3 tbs milk
1 dessert apple - peeled & diced
75g raisins
Icing sugar for dusting
Put all the ingredients (except the apple and raisins) into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the raisins & apple.
Place a circle of bake-o-glide on the AGA simmering plate and brush lightly with a little olive oil.
Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto the bake-o-glide. When the surface is covered with bubbles, turn each pancake over and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Continue cooking until all the batter is used.
Stack the pancakes and dust with icing sugar.

AGA Point-to-Point in Sheriff Hutton
There was a huge point-to-point crowd in Yorkshire as AGA visited Sheriff Hutton last week with more AGA hats and a special guest appearance from Channel 4 Racing man, Nick Luck!
It was a frosty morning with a warm Yorkshire welcome. Great racing, nice people and the return of Amicelli, the impressive AGA winner.

AGA ‘rubs the dark clouds away’ with new online campaign
It's difficult to feel sunny when being pounded by rain and blown around by gales, but AGA intends to change this by making a much more cheerful month.
This month AGA has launched it's first video ad. The film which features music by Noel Gay, is designed to show exactly what life is like with world's bestloved cooker and how this beautiful, practical and tactile cooker can really change the way you live.

Shake Up Your Wake Up!
We are taking part in Farmhouse Breakfast Week 26th January - 1st February.
The annual celebration champions the importance of eating breakfast and aims to get the nation to Shake Up Their Wake Up!

AGA owner and Masterchef finalist Sara Danesin Medio demonstrates dinner party dishes on the AGA
Join us on Thursday 13th February for a cookery demonstration with the AGA expert Sara Danesin Medio!
Sara will bring her skill and experience to demonstrate some of her signature AGA dinner party dishes.
A two oven AGA fuels Sara's Supper Club at St John's Street and she is an expert at conjuring up culinary delights from her trusted range cooker. She will offer tips and advice on how you can get the best out of your AGA when cooking dinner party dishes!
The demonstration is £25 per head and guest will get the chance to sample Sara's dishes and enjoy a glass of wine / soft drink.
Freshly brewed tea, coffee and biscuits will be served from 10am and the demonstration will start at 10.30am.
